SHIPPING POLICY
Depending on where you live we strive to get products to customers within 1 - 2 weeks.
Products are packaged in eco-friendly recycled, reusable, recyclable packaging. We ship our products to Canada and the U.S.. We are currently working on expanding our shipping to other international locations. Stay tuned!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Quality and customer experience are an integral part of our business. We incorporate Christian values throughout the entire process of product development. Each product is designed and packaged with love and care for all of you. We believe in our product. If you have a problem with the product you received, please contact our customer service at contact@thelordismyshepherd.info. We want to hear from you. Refunds and exchanges may be provided up to 30 days from purchase. All returned products should be unworn with the tag in tack, and returned in the original packaging as the eco friendly package is resealable. Make sure the seal is affixed securely and cannot be opened easily. If you do not have the original packaging items must be returned in a non-tear poly mailer or a secure box to protect the item.
