  • How long does shipping take?
    We aspire to get products to customers within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. If you have not yet received your product within 3 weeks from the purchase date, contact our customer service by sending us an email at or fill out an inquiry form found on the contact us section of the website. If you are in Nunavut shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
  • How do I return an item?
    Contact customer service at if you wish to make a return. Items can only be returned within 30 days from the purchase date with the tag intact. To return the product you can use the reusable poly mailer we sent you or a box (chose a method where the product will be protected). Make sure that the package is properly sealed. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once the item is received and examined, a refund will be credited to your account (note that you will be provided with an email stating that we have received the returned item). If you have not received a refund within a week after your item was received, contact customer service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • I recieved the wrong order or I am missing an item, what should I do?"
    If you received the wrong order, please contact customer service and we will work hard to rectify the situation as soon as possible. You should expect to hear from customer service within 4 business days. If you did not receive a reply by then, send us another email at
  • Can I cancel an order?
    If you are canceling an order, ensure to do so as soon as possible. If the order has been processed, you must contact customer service. Cancelations must be made within 12 hrs from the time of purchase.
  • How do I wash and dry my clothes?
    Wash the item in cold water preferably inside out to sustain its longevity. Air dry or dry on low heat to sustain longevity.
